Return Policy


If there has been damage caused to your purchase during shipping, please notify me immediately within 24 hours of shipping received (Proof of date of receivership also), along with receipt of purchase, tracking number, photograph of damaged goods, and a full description of the fault.

While I take every measure to carefully package your shipment, there are the rare occasions when damage may/can occur during transit.

A refund will be NOT BE GIVEN where damage has been caused by accident, neglect, or misuse.

Refunds/exchanges are only applicable on damaged goods received. Please choose carefully as you are not entitled to a refund if you simply ‘change your mind’.

In the interest of hygiene and for your protection we DO NOT accept exchanges or provide refunds for pierced earrings, unless the items are exhibiting a genuine fault. Being the maker of all my jewellery I am very aware of the difference between breakages and misuse. 

Return postage cost can only be refunded if the item was faulty or incorrect item was sent.

Once the Item(s) have been successfully returned back to the seller your refund payment will be refunded, please allow for processing time into your original payment option.
